Training participants must satisfy published prerequisites, identification, eligibility, safety, equipment, attendance, testing, payment, and conduct requirements. Firearms, defensive-tactics, or physical training may require a separate signed Training Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release and Training Terms.

4. Safety and Instructor Authority

Participants must follow instructor commands, range rules, facility rules, and safety procedures. Corsair may refuse or stop participation when an instructor reasonably identifies a safety, legal, conduct, impairment, eligibility, or equipment concern.

5. Payments and Cancellations

Payments are governed by the written terms shown at purchase and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Service contracts may contain different payment, deposit, cancellation, or termination provisions.

6. Regulated Security and Investigative Services

Security and investigative services are provided only within the scope of applicable licenses, personnel authority, insurance, jurisdiction, and written agreements. A website inquiry does not create a client relationship or authorize work. Texas regulated-service clients have the right to a written contract describing fees and services as provided by applicable Texas private-security rules. If regulated services are subcontracted or outsourced, Corsair will provide notices required by applicable law.

7. No Guarantee

Registration, attendance, training completion, consultation, or submission of an inquiry does not guarantee a license, commission, certification, permit, employment, assignment, passing score, investigation result, security outcome, or government approval.

You may not misuse the website, submit unlawful or fraudulent information, interfere with website security, harass staff or participants, or use Corsair services or training to facilitate unlawful conduct.
