Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policies for course cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and no-shows.

Overview

Corsair Tactical Solutions is committed to providing high-quality firearms training and security services. We understand that plans change, and we have established the following policy to be fair to all students while ensuring our instructors and facilities are properly utilized.

By enrolling in any course or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation by Student

More than 7 Days Before the Scheduled Date

Cancellations made more than 7 calendar days before your scheduled class or service date are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees (typically 3%). Alternatively, you may choose to apply your full payment as a credit toward a future course.

3–7 Days Before the Scheduled Date

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 calendar days before your scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future course. Credits do not expire and may be used for any available course or service.

Less than 72 Hours Before the Scheduled Date

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled class are non-refundable. However, a one-time reschedule may be granted at Corsair's discretion when a documented emergency is provided. Rescheduling must be to a date within 90 days of the original booking.

Rescheduling Policy

Students may request to reschedule their enrollment up to one time without penalty, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours notice are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Corsair Tactical Solutions will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. Rescheduled classes must be completed within 90 days of the original booking date.

No-Show Policy

Students who do not attend their scheduled class and do not contact Corsair Tactical Solutions prior to the class start time are considered no-shows. No-show enrollments are forfeited and are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.

If you anticipate being unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible at 214-335-6652 or corsairtacticalsolutions@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate you within the limits of this policy.

Cancellation by Corsair Tactical Solutions

Corsair Tactical Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment (minimum class size not met)
  • Instructor illness, emergency, or unavailability
  • Severe weather or unsafe range conditions
  • Facility unavailability or safety concerns
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

In the event Corsair cancels a class, all enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to the next available date at no additional charge. We will notify students as soon as possible by phone and email when a cancellation is necessary.

Weather Policy

Outdoor range activities may be affected by severe weather. If weather conditions are determined to be unsafe for outdoor training, Corsair Tactical Solutions may:

  • Modify the course to cover classroom portions only and reschedule the range component
  • Postpone the entire class to a future date
  • Issue a full credit or refund at student's choice

Light rain, heat, or cold alone will not automatically cancel a class. Safety is always the determining factor.

Private and Group Bookings

Private training sessions and group bookings may have separate cancellation terms as agreed upon at the time of booking. Any deposit paid for private or group bookings is non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward rescheduled sessions within 90 days. Full payment for private sessions is typically required 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Removal for Safety Violations

Students who are removed from a class due to safety violations, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow instructor commands are not eligible for a refund. Please review our Safety Disclaimer and Training Waiver before attending.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
