Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Course registrations are non-refundable. Students who cannot attend will be automatically transferred to the next available class for the same course.

Training Purchases
Unless a course-specific written offer states otherwise, participant-paid training fees are nonrefundable because instructor time, class capacity, administration, and training resources are reserved when registration is accepted.
Transfers and Rescheduling
A participant may request one transfer to another available date when the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled course. Transfers are subject to availability, course eligibility, instructor approval, and any price difference. A transferred registration may not be resold.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled course and failure to attend generally result in forfeiture of the registration fee, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Corsair approves an exception in writing.
Corsair Cancellation or Material Schedule Change
If Corsair cancels a paid course or makes a material schedule change that prevents attendance, Corsair may offer a new date, transfer, course credit, or refund as appropriate. Corsair is not responsible for participant travel, lodging, ammunition, equipment, lost wages, or other incidental expenses unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Safety or Eligibility Removal
A participant removed for unsafe conduct, impairment, prohibited conduct, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or refusal to follow instructor or range commands may lose course fees to the extent permitted by law.
Security, Investigation, Assessment, and Contract Services
Deposits, retainers, cancellations, termination rights, and refunds for regulated security, investigative, assessment, or consulting engagements are governed by the applicable written proposal or service agreement rather than this training policy.
Chargebacks
Contact Corsair first if you believe a charge is incorrect. Nothing in this policy waives rights that cannot legally be waived under payment-network rules or applicable consumer law.
