Media Release Policy
Our policy on photography, video recording, and the use of media captured during Corsair Tactical Solutions training programs.

Optional Authorization
Permission for Corsair Tactical Solutions LLC to use a participant's identifiable photograph, video, voice, testimonial, or likeness for promotional purposes is optional unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Declining promotional media authorization will not by itself prevent a person from purchasing ordinary training for which they are otherwise eligible.
Scope When Permission Is Granted
If you separately authorize promotional media use, the authorization may identify the media, permitted purposes, channels, duration, and whether your name may be used. Corsair should use identifiable participant media consistently with the permission actually granted.
Classroom and Safety Documentation
Operational or safety-related recordings, security-camera footage, incident documentation, or records required for legitimate business, legal, insurance, or regulatory purposes are not necessarily promotional media and may be handled under different lawful bases and retention requirements.
Minors
Promotional use of identifiable media featuring a minor requires authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required. Corsair should not rely on a minor's independent website acknowledgement as parental authorization.
Withdrawal
Where an authorization permits withdrawal, a request will be applied prospectively to the extent reasonably practicable. Withdrawal cannot always retrieve material already lawfully printed, published, distributed, archived, or incorporated into completed materials.
