Steve Hopwood is a United States Navy veteran, certified firearms and tactical instructor, and Texas-licensed private security professional with decades of operational experience in high-risk and high-consequence environments.
His professional foundation was forged in the United States Navy, where mission discipline, situational awareness, command structure, and risk management were not theoretical — they were mandatory. That military framework continues to inform his leadership philosophy and training methodology.
As the President and CEO of Corsair Tactical Solutions Security and Training and co-founder of the Alliance Training Network, Steve has built a comprehensive training and security organization trusted by individuals, families, churches, businesses, and security professionals across Texas.
A committed defender of the Second Amendment, Steve believes that preparedness is a moral and practical responsibility. Hilton Jackson serves as Vice President of Operations at Corsair Tactical Solutions, bringing deep expertise in firearms training, security certification, and community-focused safety education.
A co-owner of The Alliance Training Team and owner of Gideon Training Solutions, Hilton also serves as Co-Chair of the Aim For Safety initiative at Cook Children's Hospital — a role that reflects his community-first approach to firearm safety education.
A certified USCCA and NRA instructor, US Law Shield trainer, and Texas Level II, III, and IV security officer, Hilton is passionate about equipping individuals and organizations with the practical knowledge and skills to protect themselves and their communities.
