About This Course
This course meets all Texas DPS Private Security Bureau requirements for Level III commissioned armed security officer certification. The curriculum includes classroom instruction on use of force law, defensive tactics, conflict resolution, and emergency response, plus live-fire range qualification. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to apply for your Level III commission card and carry a firearm on duty.

Requirements
- • Must be 21 years or older

- • Valid Level II commission (recommended)
