Disclaimer: This information is provided for general website compliance purposes and does not replace legal advice. For specific legal questions, consult a qualified attorney.

Licensed Business

Corsair Tactical Solutions LLC provides regulated services only within the scope of applicable licenses, registrations, instructor credentials, insurance, written agreements, and law. Texas private-security activities are regulated by the Texas Department of Public Safety under Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1702 and related administrative rules.

Texas License Information

  • Instructor License: 161402002
  • Texas Security Contractor License: B29791901
  • Texas Training School License: F30797601
  • Texas Continuing Education School License: Y30987101
  • Investigative Security Contractor / PI License: C31074401

Advertising and Consumer Information

Corsair identifies its licensed company and license information on this website because Texas private-security advertising rules require licensed advertisements to identify the licensed company and its license number. The company address used for regulated advertising must be the address appearing in DPS records unless an applicable rule permits an exception, including the residential-address exception. Corsair does not use the Texas state seal or DPS insignia to imply government sponsorship, approval, or endorsement.

Required owner action before final compliance sign-off: confirm the exact company address currently shown in Texas DPS/TOPS records. Once confirmed, that exact address should be used anywhere Texas law requires it. Do not substitute an unverified website, mailing, or virtual-office address.

Contracts for Regulated Services

Texas rules provide clients a right to a written contract describing fees and regulated services. When requested, the regulated-services contract must be furnished within the period required by law. Security and investigative inquiries submitted through this website are requests for information only and do not themselves create a client engagement.

Insurance and License Status

Regulated services are offered only while required licenses and insurance are in good standing. Texas DPS may suspend a business license for insurance deficiencies. Customers may verify current company status through Texas Online Private Security (TOPS).

Personnel

Individuals performing regulated security or investigative work must hold the licenses, registrations, commissions, or other authority required for the work they actually perform. Armed services are not performed by personnel who lack the required armed authority.

Texas Department of Public Safety

Texas private-security licensing is administered through the Texas Department of Public Safety, Regulatory Services Division, Private Security Program. Consumers may use the official Texas DPS Private Security resources to verify licensing and obtain complaint information.

Service Area Statement

A statement that Corsair can serve customers in multiple states does not mean a Texas private-security license grants reciprocal authority nationwide. Regulated security and investigative services are provided only in jurisdictions and circumstances where Corsair and the personnel performing the work possess the authority required for that service. Training, consulting, assessments, and other services are likewise subject to the laws that apply where they are delivered.
